経営情報学科学生の専門能力、マネジメント力、人間力向上評価に関する事例報告;An Evaluation Method for the Curriculum of Department of Management Systems

本学学生が身に付けるべき「専門能力」は、CURRICULUM GUIDE BOOK 等に記載され、各学科の学習・教育目標を達成できるように、具体的名称と対応する科目群が定められている。経営情報学科では、学科の特性から他学科と比較するとカリキュラム編成が積上型にはなっていない。このため、個々の科目ごとに達成度評価は行われてはいるが、現在の評価システムでは、科目群としての能力の達成度の評価が十分でない。そこで、現状の教育成果を「専門能力」、「人間力」、「マネジメント力」の三つの能力で明らかにし、本学科学生の成長を客観的に調査・分析する。この評価方法用いて、経営情報学科 1 年次から 4 年次までの学生の自己評価結果を時系列的に調査した。本稿では、経営情報学科における各科目群間の関連性や、4 年間で身に付けるべき能力の達成度状況の変化などの教育成果と今後の継続的カリキュラム改善における課題を紹介する。;Students of KIT are expected to acquire the academic disciplines and expertise described in CURRICULUM GUIDE BOOK that they should be achieved the specific educational goals of each department. Although students’ achievement of each subject in the curriculum of the department of management systems is assessed, the total assessment from the viewpoint of the curriculum has not been conducted adequately. It is main reason why our curriculum less accumulates the expertise than other departments. This paper discusses an assessment method for our curriculum in which the attitude changes of the students are assessed by educational outcomes from the points of three types of abilities: department expertise, soft skills, and management capabilities. Also, we conduct the survey of their attitude changes from the freshman to senior class students, and evaluate the achieving results. Some results of the survey are shown and further researches for continuous improving the curriculum are proposed in this article.
